Common scenarios include property transactions, business dealings, administrative proceedings, or representing the principal in legal matters. The document must clearly specify the scope of authority, duration, and include proper identification of all parties. When used in Indonesia, it must comply with local legal requirements, including proper authentication and, when in English, must be accompanied by an Indonesian language version as per Law No. 24 of 2009. The authorization can be general or specific in nature, depending on the intended purpose and level of authority being granted.
